Papilloma Virus (HPV) diagnostic test to detect the presence of 14 high-risk strains of Human Papilloma Virus on a self-taken mucovaginal sample.

To whom it is indicated
  • To all women over 25.
  • To women who follow a Pap test screening process.
  • To those who experience burning, pain and gynecological disorders attributable to sexually transmitted infection.

Preparation
  • It is preferable to carry out the test between Monday and Thursday to allow shipping as quickly as possible.
  • Do not do the self-test if you have had sexual intercourse in the last 48 hours or if you have had an internal ultrasound or a gynecological visit.
  • Do not self-test during your menstrual cycle. Wait at least 3 days after the last blood loss.
  • Do not self-test during pregnancy or in the 3 months following delivery.
  • Make the self-collection when you are able to return it within the day, or at the latest within the following day.
  • Do not self-test if creams, ovules or vaginal douches have been used in the previous 3 days.

    This test does not replace classic screening, carried out by national and regional health.

    How and when to collect the results

    Within 7-10 days with collection of the report at the Pharmacy.
