To whom it is indicated
  • All women over 45, the elderly, sportsmen.
  • For those who have already diagnosed a lack of vitamin D and in subjects receiving drugs for osteoporosis, for those who have suffered osteoarticular trauma and present themselves with crutches, braces and plaster casts.
  • To those who follow an unbalanced diet, to those who are overweight (due to its accumulation in adipose tissue), to vegans and vegetarians.
  • For those suffering from stress and autoimmune diseases, for those taking cortisone and antacid drugs and for those who use diuretics and laxatives, for those who consume alcohol, smoke and caffeine in excess.
